5. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity and in this regard urges States to take appropriate measures to address the question of impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders;
5- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب، وفي هذا الصدد تحث الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة للتصدي لمسألة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان؛

6. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity and in this regard urges States to take appropriate measures to address the question of impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders;
6- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة للتصدي لمسألة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان؛

5. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity and urges in this regard States to take appropriate measures to address the question of impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders;
5- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة للتصدي لمسألة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان؛

7. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders and their relatives, and in this regard urges States to take appropriate measures consistent with obligations under international law, in particular international human rights law and international humanitarian law;
7- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة بما يتمشى والتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، وبخاصة قانون حقوق الإنسان الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي؛
