Noting with satisfaction the work of the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice and its members, in particular their coordination in providing technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice, and the active participation of civil society in its work,
وإذ يلاحظ بعين الارتياح العمل الذي يضطلع به الفريق المشترك بين الوكالات المعني بقضاء الأحداث وأعضاؤه، ولا سيما التنسيق القائم بينهم فيما يتعلق بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، والمشاركة النشطة للمجتمع المدني في أعمال الفريق،

(f) Seek assistance from, among others, OHCHR and UNICEF through the Coordination Panel on Technical Advice and Assistance on Juvenile Justice.
(و) أن تلتمس المساعدة من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة، ضمن جهات أخرى، من خلال فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث.

(f) Request technical assistance in the area of juvenile justice and police training from, among others, OHCHR and other members of the United Nations Coordination Panel on Technical Advice and Assistance on Juvenile Justice.
(و) التماس المساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء الأحداث وتدريب الشرطة من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان ومن سائر أعضاء فريق التنسيق التابع للأمم المتحدة والمعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، ضمن منظمات أخرى.

Recalling the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System Economic and Social Council resolution 1997/30, annex. and the establishment of a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ تشير إلى المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة باﻹجراءات الخاصة باﻷطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية)٣٤(، وإنشاء فريق تنسيق معني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث،

10. Calls upon the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice to increase cooperation among the partners involved, to share information and pool their capacities and interests in order to increase the effectiveness of programme implementation;
١٠ - تدعو فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث إلى زيادة التعاون فيما بين الشركاء المعنيين وتبادلهم للمعلومات وتجميع قدراتهم واهتماماتهم لزيادة فعالية تنفيذ البرامج؛

In this regard, the Committee has, when appropriate, recommended that the United Nations system, including the United Nations Centre for International Crime Prevention, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and UNICEF, and/or relevant other organizations, provide technical advice and assistance in this field.
وفي هذا الصدد، أوصت اللجنة، عند الاقتضاء، بأن تقوم منظومة الأمم المتحدة، بما فيها مركز الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة الدولية، ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان واليونيسيف، و/أو غيرها من المنظمات المعنية، بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في هذا الميدان.

12. Calls upon the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice further to increase cooperation among the partners involved, to share information and to pool their capacities and interests in order to increase the effectiveness of programme implementation;

22. Calls upon the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice further to increase cooperation among the partners involved, by sharing information and pooling their capacities and interests in order to increase the effectiveness of programme implementation;
22- تطلب إلى فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث أن يعمل على زيادة التعاون فيما بين الشركاء المعنيين بتقاسم المعلومات معهم وتجميع قدراتهم واهتماماتهم لزيادة فعالية تنفيذ البرامج؛

14. Calls upon the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice to further increase cooperation among the partners involved, to share information and to pool their capacities and interests in order to increase the effectiveness of programme implementation;
14 - تهيب بفريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث أن يعمل على زيادة التعاون فيما بين الشركاء المعنيين وأن يتبادل معهم المعلومات وأن يحشد قدراتهم ويعبئ اهتماماتهم لزيادة فعالية تنفيذ البرامج؛

Recalling the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System and the establishment and subsequent meetings of the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ تشير إلى المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات المعنية بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية() وإلى إنشاء فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، وما عقده هذا الفريق لاحقا من اجتماعات،

(e) Consider seeking technical assistance from, among others, OHCHR, the Centre for International Crime Prevention, the International Network on Juvenile Justice and UNICEF, through the Coordination Panel on technical advice and assistance in Juvenile Justice. 9. Dissemination of reports
(ه) النظر في التماس المساعدة التقنية من جملة جهات منها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان ومركز منع الجريمة الدولية والشبكة الدولية لقضاء الأحداث واليونيسيف، عن طريق فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث.

(h) Seek assistance from, inter alia, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Centre for International Crime Prevention, the International Network on Juvenile Justice and UNICEF, through the Coordination Panel on Technical Advice and Assistance on Juvenile Justice.
(ح) التماس المساعدة من جهات، من بينها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان ومركز منع الجريمة الدولية والشبكة الدولية لقضاء الأحداث ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف)، وذلك من خلال فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث.

(d) Seek assistance from, among others, OHCHR, the Centre for International Crime Prevention, the International Network on Juvenile Justice and UNICEF, through the Coordination Panel on Technical Advice and Assistance on Juvenile Justice. 9. Optional protocols
(د) التماس المساعدة من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان، ومركز منع الجريمة الدولية، والشبكة الدولية لقضاء الأحداث، ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة، وذلك من خلال فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، ضمن منظمات أخرى.

CRC recommended that the State request technical assistance from, inter alia, OHCHR and other members of the United Nations Coordination Panel on Technical Advice and Assistance on Juvenile Justice in relation to the ability of the juvenile justice system to cope effectively with increasing youth crime and the inadequacy of rehabilitation and reintegration services.
69- وأوصت لجنة حقوق الطفل بأن تلتمس الدولة مساعدة تقنية من جهات تشمل مفوضية حقوق الإنسان وأعضاء آخرين في فريق تنسيق الأمم المتحدة المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث فيما يتصل بقدرة نظام قضاء الأحداث على التعامل بصورة فعالة مع تزايد جرائم الأحداث وعدم ملاءمة خدمات إعادة التأهيل وإعادة الإدماج(127).
