٥٨ - وبخصوص الحق في سبل الانتصاف من انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان، تلاحظ اللجنة باهتمام أنه من حق الشخص أن يطعن لدى المجلس الدستوري في دستورية دعاوى أمام مجلس الدولة أو محكمة النقض.

13. While noting with interest the various mechanisms in place to support the dialogue with minorities, the Committee remains concerned that these mechanisms are of consultative nature and cannot substitute the participation of minorities in public life.
