5. Also welcomes the outstanding efforts of the OIC General Secretariat on the question of Iraq, in particular:

3. Requests that a Second Donors Special Trust Fund Conference be convened by the OIC General Secretariat under the auspices of any of the interested OIC Member States.
3 - يطلب من الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي تنظيم مؤتمر ثان للمانحين للمساهمة في صندوق الائتمان برعاية أية دولة من الدول الأعضاء المعنية؛

Expressing deep appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz and to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for having organized this Summit and for the Kingdom's continuous support to the OIC General Secretariat;
وإذ يعرب عن صادق تقديره لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على تنظيم هذه القمة ولما تخص به المملكة الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي من دعم متواصل؛

89. The Meeting invited the OIC General Secretariat to pursue its humanitarian action in the Member States and to give increasing attention to protecting the most vulnerable social groups.
89 - دعا الاجتماع الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي إلى مواصلة عملها الإنساني في الدول الأعضاء وإيلاء عناية متزايدة لحماية الفئات الاجتماعية الأكثر تضررا.

The Meeting agreed on the importance of the OIC General Secretariat to contribute to the Peace-building Fund, and in this regard, it requested the OIC Member States to consider providing financial contributions to the OIC Secretary General such that they may be transferred as the Organization's contribution to the Fund.
واتفق الاجتماع على أهمية إسهام الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي في صندوق بناء السلام، وطلب في هذا الصدد من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بحث إمكانية تقديم مساهمات مالية للأمانة العامة للمنظمة حتى يتسنى تحويلها كمساهمة من المنظمة في حساب الصندوق.

Express its appreciation to the Islamic Republic of Iran for its kind offer to host the Second Islamic Conference of Ministers of Environment from 25-27 November 2006 and mandates ISESCO to hold the Conference in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the OIC.
2 - يعرب عن تقديره للجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية على تكرمها بالموافقة على استضافة المؤتمر الثاني لوزراء البيئة في الفترة من 25 إلى 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006، ويكلف الإيسيسكو بعقد المؤتمر بالتعاون مع الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي.

6. Welcomes the current coordination between the General Secretariat of the OIC, UNESCO, ISESCO and ALESCO concerning the convening of an international conference on interactive dialogue, and calls upon all Member States and the Islamic Development Bank to provide all moral and financial support for the success of the activities of the conference.
6 - يرحب بالتنسيق القائم بين الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلوم والثقافة ومنظمتي الإيسيسكو والإلكسو بشأن إقامة المؤتمر العالمي للحوار التفاعلي، ويناشد الدول الأعضاء كافة والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية تقديم كل دعم معنوي ومالي من أجل إنجاح فعاليات هذا المؤتمر.

5. Requests the OIC Secretariat to follow up consultation and coordination among representatives of member States at international organisations and fora.
5 - يطلب من الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي متابعة التنسيق والتشاور بين الدول الأعضاء في المنظمات والمحافل الدولية؛

Appreciative of the efforts made by the Secretariat of the OIC, its Subsidiary Organs and the Standing Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH);
وإذ يشيد بالجهود التي بذلتها الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وأجهزتها الفرعية ولجنة كومستيك،

Commending the existing close relation between the General Secretariat of the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the High Commissioner for Refugees on the preparation to hold the ministerial conference;
وإذ يشيد المؤتمر بالتعاون الوثيق القائم بين الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والمفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين بشأن التحضير لعقد المؤتمر الوزاري.
