14. Articles 43, 47, 48, 49 and 53 of the Basic Law of Government specify these remedies, the most important of which are:
14- وضح النظام الأساسي للحكم بالمواد 43 و47 و48 و49 و53 وسائل الانتصاف، وأهمها:

(a) The Constitution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the Book of God and the Sunna of His Prophet, as stipulated in article 7 of the Basic Law of Government, which reads as follows:
(أ) دستور المملكة العربية السعودية كتاب الله وسنة رسوله. وهو ما نصت عليه المادة 7 من النظام الأساسي للحكم حيث تنص على:

Article 8 of the Basic Law of Governance guarantees justice and equality among all citizens, male and female.
كفل النظام الأساسي للحكم في المادة الثامنة العدل والمساواة بين جميع المواطنين ذكوراً وإناثاً.

Article 8 of the Basic Law of Governance stipulates that governance in Saudi Arabia is based on justice and equality in accordance with Islamic sharia.
وتنص المادة 8 من النظام الأساسي للحكم على أن الحكم في المملكة العربية السعودية يقوم على العدل والمساواة وفقاً للشريعة الإسلامية.

Article 39 of the Basic Law of Governance prohibits violations of human rights and incitement to disorder or discord and requires the media to educate the nation and consolidate its unity.
وتحظر المادة 39 من النظام الأساسي للحكم انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، وكذلك التحريض على الاضطرابات أو الفتنة، وتطلب من وسائط الإعلام تثقيف الأمة وتوطيد وحدتها.

3. the Basic System of Government and family care
3- النظام الأساسي للحكم والاعتناء بالأسرة

the Basic System of Government lays great emphasis on the importance of the family welfare, on strengthening the bonds which hold the family together, and on respect for the values on which Saudi society is based (arts. 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13).
وشدد النظام الأساسي للحكم على أهمية الأسرة ورعاية أفرادها وتقوية أواصر الربط بين أفراد الأسرة واحترام القيم ضمن إطار مقومات المجتمع السعودي وفقاً للمواد 9 و10 و11 و12 و13 من النظام الأساسي للحكم.

182. Health is a right of all citizens, guaranteed by the State pursuant to article 31 of the Basic System of Government.
181- الصحة حق لكافة المواطنين تكفله الدولة حسب نص المادة 31 من النظام الأساسي للحكم.

(b) the Basic Law of Government, whose article 26 stipulates: " The State shall protect human rights in accordance with the Islamic sharia. "
(ب) النظام الأساسي للحكم: حيث تنص المادة 26 منه على الآتي " تحمي الدولة حقوق الإنسان وفق الشريعة الإسلامية " ؛

(b) the Basic Law of Government, promulgated in Royal Decree No. A/90 of 27 Sha'ban 1412 A.H., sets forth the general principles on which civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights are based.
(ب) النظام الأساسي للحكم الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (أ/90) بتاريخ 27/8/1412 ه، ويبين المبادئ العامة التي تقوم عليها الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية.

24. In accordance with article 49 of the Basic Law of Government: " Without prejudice to the provisions of article 53 hereof, the courts shall be competent to adjudicate in all disputes and offences. "
24- بموجب المادة 49 من النظام الأساسي للحكم التي نصها " مع مراعاة ما ورد في المادة 53 من هذا النظام تختص المحاكم في الفصل في جميع المنازعات والجرائم ... " .

The ICJ called on the HRC to urge the Government to amend the BLG to guarantee the enjoyment of human rights and freedoms and bring it in line with the principles of the rule of law.
ودعت لجنة الحقوقيين الدولية مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى أن يحث الحكومة على تعديل النظام الأساسي للحكم لضمان التمتع بحقوق الإنسان والحريات ولجعله مطابقاً لمبادئ سيادة القانون(10).

9. Article 28 of the Basic Law stipulates that: " The State shall provide employment opportunities " .
9- جاء في المادة 28 من النظام الأساسي للحكم أن الدولة " تيسر مجالات العمل " .

In accordance with article 36 of the Saudi Basic Law of Governance, " [t]he State shall provide security for all citizens and residents on its territories.
22- وتنص المادة 36 من النظام الأساسي للحكم في المملكة العربية السعودية على أن " توفّر الدولة الأمن لجميع المواطنين والمقيمين على إقليمها.

Saudi Arabia's Basic Law of Government (Constitution) also stipulates that the State grants the right of political asylum only when the public interest so requires.
:: كما يقضي النظام الأساسي للحكم في المملكة بأن الدولة لا تمنح حق اللجوء السياسي إلا إذا اقتضت المصلحة العامة ذلك.
