ويشكـِّـل، بحسب ادعائها، قيـام الدولة الطرف بفصلها وإنهاء مركزها كموظفة خدمـة مدنية، بسبب ارتدائـها لغطاء الرأس، الذي هو عبارة عن قطعة من الثياب تنفرد بــه المرأة، انتهاكا لحق مقدمة البلاغ في العمل وحقها في التمتع بنفس فرص التوظيف أسوة بالآخرين، فضلا عن حقها في الترقية والتمتع بحقوق المعاش التقاعدي التي تضمن لهـا الأمن الوظيفي، والمعاملة المتساوية.
