In his letter, Mr. Robinson requests the extension of the terms of office of the judges at the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia based on the trial and appeals schedule.
ويطلب الرئيس روبنسون في رسالته تمديد فترة ولاية قضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية وفقا للجداول الزمنية لقضايا المرحلة الابتدائية ومرحلة الاستئناف.

6 - يؤكد اعتزامه أن يمدد، بحلول 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، فترة شغل قضاة المرحلة الابتدائية لمناصبهم في المحكمة الدولية، استنادا إلى جدول المحاكمات المتوقعة الذي تضعه المحكمة، ويطلب إلى رئيس المحكمة الدولية أن يقدم إلى المجلس جدولا مستكملا لقضايا المرحلة الابتدائية ومرحلة الاستئناف في موعد لا يتجاوز 15 أيار/مايو 2011؛

I also refer to Security Council resolution 1900 (2009) of 16 December 2009, which underlined the Security Council's intention to extend, by 30 June 2010, the terms of office of all trial judges based upon the Tribunal's projected trial schedule and the terms of office of all appeal judges until 31 December 2010, and requested the President to submit an updated trial and appeals schedule.
وأذكّر أيضا بقرار مجلس الأمن 1900 (2009) المؤرخ 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، الذي أكد فيه اعتزامه بأن يمدد، بحلول 30 حزيران/ يونيه 2010، فترة ولاية جميع قضاة المرحلة الابتدائية استنادا إلى الجدول الزمني للمحاكمات المتوقعة، وتمديد فترة ولاية جميع قضاة الاستئناف حتى 31 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2012، وطلب إلى الرئيس أن يقدم إلى مجلس الأمن جدولاً زمنيا مستكملاً لقضايا المرحلة الابتدائية ومرحلة الاستئناف.

In resolution 1931 (2010), the Council further underlined its intention to extend, by 30 June 2011, the terms of office of the trial judges at the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia based on the Tribunal's projected trial schedule, and requested the President of that Tribunal to submit to the Council an updated trial and appeals schedule no later than 15 May 2011.
وفي القرار 1931 (2010)، أكد المجلس كذلك اعتزامه تمديد فترة ولاية قضاة المرحلة الابتدائية في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة، حتى 30 حزيران/ يونيه 2011، استنادا إلى جدول المحاكمات المتوقعة الذي وضعته المحكمة، وطلب إلى رئيس المحكمة أن يقدم إلى المجلس جدولا مستكملا لقضايا المرحلة الابتدائية ومرحلة الاستئناف في موعد لا يتجاوز 15 أيار/مايو 2011.
