The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, International Labour Organization Convention No. 111 concerning Discrimination in Employment and Occupation, 1958, and the Convention against Discrimination in Education can provide a general framework for interpretation and action.
ويمكن أن توفر الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 111 لعام 1985 المتعلقة بالتمييز في التوظيف والعمل، واتفاقية مناهضة التمييز في التعليم، الإطار العام للتفسير واتخاذ الإجراءات.

Mexico also recommended that the Russian Federation ratifies the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Convention for the Elimination of the Enforced Disappearances of Persons and the OP-CAT, and Convention 169 of the ILO.
كما أوصت المكسيك بأن يصدق الاتحاد الروسي على اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري، والبروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169.

She further encouraged all Governments to sign and ratify the two Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the International Labour Organization Convention 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
وشجعت كذلك جميع الحكومات على أن توقع وتصدق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال والاجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها، ونظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية.

63. The Forum calls upon all those Member States which have not yet done so to consider without delay ratifying the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and International Labour Organization Convention No. 169.
63 - يدعو المنتدى جميع الدول الأعضاء التي لم تصدق بعد على الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169، أن تنظر في القيام بذلك فورا.

Saudi Arabia was a party to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the two Protocols thereto, and to International Labour Organization Convention No. 182 on the worst forms of child labour.

The Committee encourages the State party to give specific attention to monitoring the full implementation of labour laws and International Labour Organization Convention No. 138 regarding the minimum age for employment in order to protect children from being economically exploited, especially as domestic servants.
١٢١٩- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إيلاء اهتمام خاص لرصد تنفيذ قوانين العمل واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٨٣١ بشأن الحد اﻷدنى لسن الاستخدام تنفيذا تاما بغية حماية اﻷطفال من استغلالهم ﻷغراض اقتصادية ولا سيما كخدم في المنازل.

7. Urges Governments which have not yet done so to ratify the 1949 Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others, the International Labour Organization Convention (No. 182) concerning the Prohibition of and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women;

29- تحث الحكومات التي لم تصدق بعد على اتفاقية عام 1949 لحظر الاتجار بالأشخاص واستغلال دعارة الغير، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال واتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة للقضاء عليها، واتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، على أن تفعل ذلك؛

21. Determined to implement the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action and ensure their follow-up, her country had ratified regional and international conventions, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the relevant International Labour Organization Convention.

(ب) اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 لعام 1973 بشأن الحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 لعام 1999 بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال والإجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها، في 24 حزيران/يونيه 2003 و19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000 على التوالي.

47. UNICEF will assist relevant government institutions in monitoring progress towards the Millennium Development Goals and other international commitments including the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols, the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women and the International Labour Organization Convention on Child Labour.

The Permanent Forum has also made recommendations that States must ensure that transnational corporations and other business enterprises on indigenous peoples' traditional lands comply with the specific standards contained in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the International Labour Organization Convention No. 169 concerning indigenous and tribal peoples in independent countries, 1989.
وقدم المنتدى الدائم أيضا توصيات تفيد بأنه على الدول أن تكفل امتثال الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال التجارية المتواجدة في الأراضي التقليدية للشعوب الأصلية للمعايير المحددة الواردة في إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169 المتعلقة بالشعوب الأصلية والقبلية في البلدان المستقلة لعام 1989.

77. The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya was one of the signatories to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Convention No. 182 of the International Labour Organization (ILO) concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour.
77 - إن ليبيا من أول الدول الموقعة لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال.

32. At the global level, some human rights treaties include the environment as an indicator in their systems of protection, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Convention No. 169 concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
32- وعلى المستوى العالمي، فإن بعض المعاهدات في مجال حقوق الإنسان تُدخل البيئة كمؤشر في نظمها المتعلقة بالحماية، مثل اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169 بشأن الشعوب الأصلية والقبلية في البلدان المستقلة.

141. The Gambia is also a signatory to the United Nations Convention against Trans-national Organized Crime, the United Nations Trafficking Protocol, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the International Labour Organization's Convention 182 on the Worst Forms of Child Labour.
