٥ - تعدل فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف أحكام جميع معاهدات وترتيبات تبادل المساعدة وتسليم المجرمين الواجبة التطبيق بين الدول اﻷطراف، ما دامت غير متمشية مع هذه الاتفاقية.

6. States should prepare and distribute to other States materials that would describe the channels of communication for mutual assistance and extradition and the process for obtaining such assistance from that State.
٦ - وينبغي للدول أن تعد وتوزع على الدول اﻷخرى مواد من شأنها أن تصف قنوات الاتصال بخصوص تبادل المساعدة وتسليم المجرمين واﻹجراءات المتعلقة بالحصول على المساعدة من تلك الدولة.

5. With respect to the offences as defined in this Convention, the provisions of all mutual assistance and extradition treaties and arrangements applicable between States Parties are modified as between States Parties to the extent that they are incompatible with this Convention.
٥ - فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المحددة في هذه الاتفاقية، تعدل فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف أحكام جميع معاهدات وترتيبات تبادل المساعدة وتسليم المجرمين الواجبة التطبيق بين الدول اﻷطراف، ما دامت غير متمشية مع هذه الاتفاقية.
