469. The Standard Clauses for Exploration contract also provide for exoneration in respect of force majeure, which is defined as " an event or condition that the Contractor could not reasonably be expected to prevent or control; provided that the event or condition was not caused by negligence or by a failure to observe good mining industry practice " .
469- وتنص الشروط المعيارية لعقد الاستغلال أيضا على الإبراء من المسؤولية فيما يتعلق بالقوة القاهرة، وهي تعرف بأنها " حدث أو حالة لم يمكن أن يتوقع معها، بصورة معقولة أن يمنعها المقاول أو أن يسيطر عليها، شريطة ألا يكون قد وقع الحدث أو الحالة بسبب الإهمال أو عدم مراعاة الممارسة الصالحة في مجال صناعة التعدين.
