In resolution 62/32 the General Assembly calls for a review of nuclear doctrines and requests the five nuclear-weapon States to take measures towards implementing immediate and urgent steps to reduce the risks of unintentional and accidental use of nuclear weapons, including through de-alerting and de-targeting of nuclear weapons.
6 - ويدعو قرار الجمعية العامة 62/32 إلى استعراض المذاهب النووية، وفي هذا السياق يطلب من الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية، اتخاذ تدابير لتنفيذ خطوات فورية وعاجلة للتقليل من مخاطر استعمال الأسلحة النووية بشكل غير مقصود وعارض بوسائل منها إلغاء حالة الاستنفار وإلغاء الاستهداف بالأسلحة النووية.

The Brazilian delegation voted in favour of draft resolution A/C.1/66/L.45, entitled " Reducing nuclear danger " , because we believe that nuclear doctrines must be reviewed, as called for in paragraph 1, in order to reduce the risks of unintentional and accidental use of nuclear weapons.
لقد صوّت الوفد البرازيلي لصالح مشروع القرار A/C.1/66/L.45، المعنون " تخفيض الخطر النووي " ، لأننا نرى من الضروري استعراض العقائد النووية، كما يرد في الفقرة 1، بغية تخفيض مخاطر استعمال الأسلحة النووية بشكل غير مقصود وعارض للأسلحة النووية.

We are also convinced that a review of nuclear doctrines, as called for in operative paragraph 1, is indispensable to reduce the risk of unintentional and accidental use of nuclear weapons, including through de-alerting and de-targeting of such weapons.
ونحن على اقتناع أيضا بأن استعراض المذاهب النووية، كما تدعو الفقرة 1 من المنطوق، أمر لا غنى عنه من أجل تخفيض خطر استخدام الأسلحة النووية بشكل غير مقصود أو عارض، بما في ذلك من خلال عدم وضع الأسلحة النووية في حالة تأهب وعدم توجيهها إلى أهداف محددة.
