23. With respect to chapter II on the creation of a security right in intellectual property, it was agreed that:

At its first meeting, the Working Group recommended that the Secretariat continue to carry out its information-gathering activities relating to chapter II of the Convention, concentrating on good practices and initiatives established by States parties.
33- أوصى الفريق العامل أثناء اجتماعه الأول بأن تواصل الأمانة الاضطلاع بأنشطتها الخاصة بجمع المعلومات ذات الصلة بالفصل الثاني من الاتفاقية، وذلك بالتركيز على الممارسات الجيِّدة والمبادرات التي تحدّدها الدول الأعضاء.

The Working Group further decided that the Secretariat should continue to carry out its information-gathering activities relating to chapter II of the Convention, concentrating on good practices and initiatives relating to the implementation of that chapter as established by States parties.
وأوصى الفريق العامل بأن تواصل الأمانة الاضطلاع بأنشطتها الهادفة إلى جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالفصل الثاني من الاتفاقية، وذلك بالتركيز على تحديد الممارسات الفضلى التي تنتهجها الدول الأطراف والمبادرات التي وضعتها فيما يتصل بتنفيذ ذلك الفصل.
