(d) Recommends to the General Conference to consider positively the restoration of voting rights of Costa Rica in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Constitution. "
(د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالنظر بعين الإيجاب في إعادة حقوق التصويت إلى كوستاريكا وفقا للمادة 5-2 من الدستور. "

The Committee may wish to propose to the Industrial Development Board that it recommend to the General Conference the appointment of one of the candidates as External Auditor for UNIDO for a period of two years beginning 1 July 2008.
6- لعل اللجنة تود أن تقترح على مجلس التنمية الصناعية أن يوصي المؤتمر العام بتعيين أحد المرشحين مراجعا خارجيا لحسابات اليونيدو لمدة سنتين تبدأ في 1 تموز/يوليه 2008.

“The Industrial Development Board recommends that the General Conference take note of the information provided at the request of the External Auditor in document IDB.20/6-PBC.14/5 on audit-related matters.”
" إن مجلس التنمية الصناعية يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يحيط علما بالمعلومات المقدمة بناء على طلب مراجع الحسابات الخارجي في الوثيقة IDB.20/6-PBC.14/5 بشأن المسائل ذات الصلة بمراجعة الحسابات . "

The Board may wish to recommend to the Conference at its fifteenth session candidates for election to the Committee for the years 2014-2015.
ولعلَّ المجلس يودّ أن يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الخامسة عشرة بمرشحين يُنتخبون لعضوية اللجنة لفترة السنتين 2014-2015.

“(c) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2000-2001 biennium remain the same as for the 1998-1999 biennium;
" )ج( يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول واﻷغراض المأذون باستخدام الصندوق فيها أثناء السنتين ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ على ما كانت عليه في فترة السنتين ٨٩٩١-٩٩٩١ ؛

“(b) Recommends to the General Conference at its eighth session the adoption of a single-currency system of assessment based on the euro, for the fiscal period 2002-2003 and in future bienniums;
" )ب( يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الثامنة باعتماد نظام أحادي العملة لتقرير الاشتراكات يقوم على اليورو ، للسنة المالية ٢٠٠٢ - ٣٠٠٢ وفترات السنتين اللاحقة ؛

“(a) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2000-2001 biennium remain the same as for the 1998-1999 biennium;
" )أ( يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول واﻷغراض المأذون باستخدام الصندوق لها لفترة السنتين ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ على ما كانت عليه في فترة السنتين ٨٩٩١-٩٩٩١ ؛

“(a) Recommends to the General Conference the establishment of a scale of assessment for the fiscal period 2000-2001 based on the General Assembly resolution 52/215, adjusted to the membership of UNIDO on the understanding that new Members shall be assessed for the year in which they become Members on the basis of the United Nations scale of assessments, as applicable to UNIDO;
" )أ( يوصي المؤتمر العام بوضع جدول أنصبة للفترة المالية ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ يستند الى ما جاء في قرار الجمعية العامة ٢٥/٥١٢ ، على أن يعدل حسب عضوية اليونيدو ، وعلى أن يكون مفهوما أن اﻷعضاء الجدد سوف تقدر أنصبتها عن السنة التي تصبح فيها أعضاء ، وعلى أساس جدول أنصبة اﻷمم المتحدة ، بالشكل المطبق على اليونيدو ؛

" (b) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2004-2005 biennium remain the same as for the 2002-2003 biennium (Euro7,423,030);
" (ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول والأغراض المأذون باستخدام الصنــدوق لأجلهــا لفتــرة السنتيــن 2004-2005 على مــــا كــان عليــــه فـي فتــرة السنتيـــن 2002-2003 (030 423 7 يورو)؛

" (d) Recommends to the General Conference the following candidates for the election of two members and two alternate members of the UNIDO Staff Pension Committee for the biennium 2004-2005:
" (د) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالمرشحين التالين لانتخاب عضوين وعضوين مناوبين في لجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اليونيدو لفترة السنتين 2004-2005:

(b) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2004-2005 biennium remain the same as for the 2002-2003 biennium;
(ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يظل مستوى صندوق رأس المال المتداول والأغراض المأذون باستخدام الصندوق لها لفترة السنتين 2004-2005 على ما كانت عليه في فترة السنتين 2002-2003؛

5. The Committee may wish to propose to the Industrial Development Board that it recommend to the General Conference the appointment of one of the candidates as External Auditor for UNIDO for a period of two years beginning on 1 July 2002.
5- قد ترغب اللجنة في أن تقترح على مجلس التنمية الصناعية أن يوصي المؤتمر العام بتعيين أحد المرشحين مراجعا خارجيا للحسابات لليونيدو لمدة سنتين تبدأ في 1 تموز/يوليه 2002.

6. The Committee may wish to propose to the Industrial Development Board that it recommend to the General Conference the appointment of one of the candidates as External Auditor for UNIDO for a period of two years beginning 1 July 2010.
6- لعلّ اللجنة ترغب في أن تقترح على مجلس التنمية الصناعية أن يوصي المؤتمر العام بتعيين أحد المرشّحين مُراجعَ حسابات خارجيا لليونيدو لمدة سنتين تبدأ في 1 تموز/يوليه 2010.

‘The Industrial Development Board recommends that the General Conference take note of the information provided at the request of the External Auditor in document IDB.20/6-PBC.14/5 on audit-related matters.’ ”

The Board may wish to recommend to the Conference at its fourteenth session candidates for election to the Committee for the years 2012-2013.
ولعل المجلس يود أن يوصي المؤتمر العام في دورته الرابعة عشرة بمرشحين يُنتخبون لعضوية اللجنة لفترة السنتين 2012-2013.

The Industrial Development Board, further to its decision IDB.36/Dec.4, and acting in accordance with rule 103 of the rules of procedure of the General Conference, decided to recommend to the Conference for approval the contract annexed to the present decision, which establishes the terms and conditions of appointment of the Director-General, including the salary and emoluments attached to the office.
قرّر مجلس التنمية الصناعية، إلحاقا بمقرَّره م ت ص-36/م-4، وعملا بمقتضى المادة 103 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر العام، أن يوصي المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على مشروع العقد المرفق بهذا المقرَّر، الذي يحدد أحكام وشروط تعيين المدير العام، بما في ذلك المرتّب والمكافآت المرتبطة بالمنصب.
