Welcoming also, as measures in the fight against impunity and in promoting accountability, the initiatives to establish special judicial mechanisms currently under consideration in a few countries in cooperation with the United Nations in accordance with international standards of justice, fairness and due process of law, with international support,
وإذ ترحب أيضاً بالمبادرات المتوخاة كتدابير لمكافحة الإفلات من العقاب وتعزيز المساءلة، والرامية إلى إنشاء آليات قضائية خاصة هي في الوقت الراهن قيد النظر في بلدان شتى بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة وفقاً للمعايير الدولية للعدالة والنزاهة والمحاكمة حسب الأصول القانونية الواجبة،

5. Urges Governments to continue their efforts to elucidate the fate of disappeared persons and to ensure that competent authorities in charge of investigation and prosecution are provided with adequate means and resources to resolve cases and bring perpetrators to justice, including after considering the establishment, where appropriate, of specific judicial mechanisms or truth and reconciliation commissions that complement the justice system;
5- يحث الحكومات على أن تواصل جهودها الرامية إلى استجلاء مصير الأشخاص المختفين، وأن تكفل تزويد السلطات المسؤولة عن التحقيق والمقاضاة بوسائل وموارد كافية لإيجاد حل للقضايا وتقديم الجناة إلى العدالة، وذلك حتى بعد النظر في إنشاء آليات قضائية خاصة أو إنشاء لجان للحقيقة والمصالحة تكمل نظام العدالة، حسبما يكون مناسباً؛

Religiously diverse societies should take steps to ensure that religious minorities are represented in law enforcement bodies and the judiciary and that, where appropriate, training or special judicial mechanisms that meet the needs of religious minorities are put in place.
وينبغي للمجتمعات المتنوعة دينيا أن تتخذ خطوات لضمان تمثيل الأقليات الدينية في هيئات إنفاذ القانون والقضاء، وأن يتم حسب الاقتضاء، تدريب أو إنشاء آليات قضائية خاصة تستحدث لتلبية احتياجات الأقليات الدينية.

Calls upon States to continue to support the work of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Tribunal for Rwanda and consider ways to support the initiatives to establish special judicial mechanisms currently under consideration in a few countries in cooperation with the United Nations;
7- تطلب إلى الدول أن تواصل دعم أعمال المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الدولية لرواندا وأن تنظر في سبل دعم المبادرات الرامية إلى إنشاء آليات قضائية خاصة هي في الوقت الراهن قيد النظر في بلدان شتى بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة؛
