The Committee agreed to urge Honduras to submit to the Secretariat its data for 2004 as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, so that at its thirty-fifth meeting the Committee might assess the Party's implementation of its commitments contained in decision XV/35.

Recommendation 34/47 requested the Secretariat to remind Parties in non-compliance with their data-reporting obligations under the Protocol to submit their outstanding data as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.

(c) To urge Botswana to submit to the Secretariat updated information on its progress in establishing an ODS licensing and quota system as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, so that at its thirty-fifth meeting the Committee could assess the Party's implementation of that commitment contained in decision XV/31.

(c) To urge Guinea-Bissau to submit to the Secretariat as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, a report on the status of its commitment contained in decision XVI/24 to introduce an ODS quota system by the end of 2004, for the Committee's consideration at its thirty-fifth meeting.
(ج) أن تحث غينيا - بيساو على أن تقدم إلى الأمانة في أسرع وقت ممكن وفيما لا يتجاوز 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005 تقريراً عن حالة التزاماتها الواردة في المقرر 16/24 لاستحداث نظام حصص للمواد المستنفدة للأوزون بحلول نهاية عام 2004 بحيث تتمكن اللجنة من بحثه أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

The Committee agreed to urge Pakistan to submit to the Secretariat its data for 2004 as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, so that at its thirty-fifth meeting the Committee may assess the Party's implementation of its commitments contained in decision XVI/29.

Recommendation 34/47 requested the Secretariat to remind Parties in non-compliance with their data-reporting obligations under the Protocol to submit their outstanding data as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.
97 - طلبت التوصية 34/47 إلى الأمانة أن تًذَكّر الأطراف غير الممتثلة بالتزاماتها الخاصة بإبلاغ البيانات بموجب البروتوكول وتحثها على تقديم بياناتها المتأخرة في أسرع وقت ممكن، في موعد غايته 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005 بحث تبحثها اللجنة أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

The decision further noted that Afghanistan had only recently ratified the Protocol and urged the Party to work with UNEP, under its Compliance Assistance Programme, and with other implementing agencies of the Multilateral Fund to report data as quickly as possible to the Secretariat for review by the Implementation Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.
ولاحظ المقرر كذلك أن أفغانستان لم تصادق إلا مؤخراً على البروتوكول وحث هذا الطرف على العمل مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة، في إطار برنامج المساعدة من أجل الامتثال، ومع وكالات تنفيذ أخرى تابعة للصندوق متعدد الأطراف لإبلاغ البيانات بأسرع ما يمكن إلى الأمانة لكي تستعرضها لجنة التنفيذ أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

(b) To urge the Party to continue those efforts to submit data, in accordance with decision XVI/18, to the Secretariat as soon as possible and no later than 30 September 2005, so that the data could be reviewed by the Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.
(ب) يحث هذا الطرف على مواصلة جهوده من أجل تقديم البيانات بموجب المقرر 16/18، إلى الأمانة في أسرع وقت ممكن وبحيث لا يتأخر عند 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005، بحث يمكن استعراض هذه البيانات بواسطة اللجنة أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

(b) To consider at its thirty-fifth meeting Albania's response to recommendation 33/1, in the light of its commitment in decision XV/26 to establish by 2004 a system for licensing the import and export of ODS, including quotas and a ban on the import of ODS-using equipment.
(ب) أن تبحث أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين رد ألبانيا على التوصية 33/1 في ضوء التزامها في المقرر 15/26 بأن تنشأ بحلول عام 2004 نظاماً للتراخيص واستيراد وتصدير المواد المستنفدة للأوزون بما في ذلك حصص وحظر على واردات المعدات المستخدمة للمواد المستنفدة للأوزون.

(e) To note that Bosnia and Herzegovina expected, by the end of 2005, to meet its commitment contained in decision XV/30 to establish an ODS licensing and quota system, and to request the Party to submit to the Secretariat an update on the status of that commitment in time for the Committee's consideration at its thirty-fifth meeting.
(ﻫ) أن تشير إلى أن البوسنة والهرسك تتوقع بنهاية عام 2005 أن تحقق التزامها الوارد في المقرر 15/30 بإنشاء نظام حصص وتراخيص للمواد المستنفدة للأوزون، وأن تطلب إلى الطرف أن يقدم إلى الأمانة استكمالاً بشأن حالة الالتزام بذلك في توقيت يمكن اللجنة من بحثه أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

(c) To note the constraints under which Somalia was operating but still to urge that Party to make its best efforts to submit to the Secretariat its data for 2004 by 30 September 2005, to assist the Committee's consideration of Somalia's situation at its thirty-fifth meeting.
(ج) أن تشير إلى العوائق التي تعمل في ظلها الصومال ومع ذلك تحث ذلك الطرف على بذل أفضل جهوده لكي يقدم إلى الأمانة بياناتها عن عام 2004 في موعد غايته 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005، لمساعدة اللجنة على بحث وضع الصومال أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

The recommendation further noted the Party's report that it was making progress with introduction of the CFC import ban and urged the Party to continue those efforts and also provide in writing further information on the reported increase in CFC consumption in 2004 for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.
وأشارت التوصية كذلك إلى تقرير الطرف من أنه يحرز تقدماً نحو فرض حظر على واردات مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية. وحث الطرف على مواصلة تلك الجهود وعلى تقديم معلومات تحريرية كذلك عن الزيادة المبلغ عنها في استهلاك مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية في عام 2004 وذلك لكي تبحثها اللجنة أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

The Committee agreed to urge Kazakhstan to submit to the Secretariat its data for 2004 and a report on the status of its import ban on ODS-using equipment as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, so that at its thirty-fifth meeting the Committee might assess the Party's implementation of its commitments contained in decision XIII/19.
132- اتفقت اللجنة على حث كازاخستان على أن تقدم إلى الأمانة بياناتها عن عام 2004 وتقريراً عن حالة حظر استيراد المعدات المستخدمة لمواد مستنفدة للأوزون بأسرع ما يمكن، وفي موعد لا يتجاوز 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005، بحيث يمكن للجنة أن تقيم أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين تنفيذ الطرف لالتزاماته الواردة في المقرر 13/19.

The recommendation also recorded the Committee's agreement to consider, at its thirty-fifth meeting, the Party response to its commitment contained in decision XV/26 to establish by 2004 an ozonedepleting substance import and export licensing and quota system and a ban on the import of ozone-depletingsubstance-using equipment.
وسجلت التوصية كذلك موافقة اللجنة على أن تبحث أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين رد الطرف بشأن الالتزام المتضمن في المقرر 15/26 بإنشاء نظام تراخيص وحصص على واردات وصادرات المواد المستنفدة للأوزون في عام 2004 وبالقيام بحلول عام 2004 بإنشاء نظام لإصدار تراخيص استيراد وتصدير المـواد المستنفدة للأوزون بما في ذلك تحديد الحصص، وفرض الحظر على استيراد المعدات التي تستخدم مواد مستنفدة للأوزون.

at its thirty-fifth meeting, the Implementation Committee had adopted recommendation 35/24, which, among other things, noted that the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya had reported CFC consumption data for 2004 which maintained its status in advance of its commitments to phase out CFC.
وكانت لجنة التنفيذ قد اعتمدت أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين التوصية 35/24، وأشارت إلى عدة أمور، من بينها أن الجماهيرية العربية الليبية قد قدمت بيانات استهلاكها من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية عن عام 2004 التي ساعدتها في الحفاظ على وضعها المتقدم بالنسبة لالتزامها بالتخلص التدريجي من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية.

at its thirty-fifth meeting, the Committee had been informed that for the year 2004 the United States of America had reported consumption and production of CFCs in excess of its requirement under the Protocol to maintain total phaseout in that year of the production and consumption of those substances, except for essential uses agreed by the Parties and allowed by the basic domestic needs provisions of the Protocol.
239- أُبلغت اللجنة، أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كانت قد أبلغت بالنسبة لعام 2004 عن استهلاك وإنتاج من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية يزيد على ما يشترطه البروتوكول من استمرار التخلص التدريجي الكلي خلال ذلك العام من إنتاج واستهلاك تلك المواد باستثناء الاستخدامات الضرورية لدى الأطراف والتي تسمح بها أحكام البروتوكول المتعلقة بالاحتياجات المحلية الأساسية.

(b) To urge the Cook Islands to submit its baseline data for the ozone-depleting substances in Annexes A, B and E of the Protocol, as well as its Annex A 1986 base-year data, as soon as possible and no later than 30 September 2005, in order that the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with the Protocol at its thirty-fifth meeting.
(ب) تحث جزر كوك على تقديم بيانات خط الأساس لديها عن المواد المستنفدة للأوزون الواردة في المرفقات ألف، باء وهاء من البروتوكول وكذلك بيانات خط الأساس لعام 1986 الخاصة بالمرفق ألف بأسرع وقت ممكن وبما لا يتجاوز 30 أيلول/سبتمبر2005، وذلك حتى يمكن للجنة تقييم مدى امتثال الطرف للبروتوكول وكذلك أثناء اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.
