The Committee notes that the State party has recently launched a National Plan for Human Development, but it is concerned that there is no information as to whether and how child rights goals and objectives are included therein, in consonance with the Children and Adolescents Code and the approved National Plan of Action for Children and Adolescents (2002-2011).

Also, the National Mental Health Plan pays particular attention to mental health services for Children and Adolescents, to the relationship of mental health care with primary health care, and to the necessary articulation with expert provision of comprehensive mental health care to be ensured by the National Network for Integrated Continuous Care (RNCCISM) (Rede Nacional de Cuidados Continuados Integrados de Saúde Mental).
