وإذ تلاحظ مع التقدير المساهمات المقدمة من الدول ومن مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة لتطوير التعاون من أجل تخفيف الآثار الناجمة عن كارثة تشيرنوبيل وتقليلها، وكذلك أنشطة المنظمات الإقليمية وغيرها من المنظمات وأنشطة المنظمات غير الحكومية، فضلا عن الأنشطة الثنائية،
