The European Union had taken note of document A/48/516 on the implementation of the recommendations of the Board of Auditors in its report for the period ended 31 December 1991, and regretted that the Secretariat had not responded satisfactorily to the recommendation on improving procurement policy.
١١ - وواصل بقوله ان الاتحاد اﻷوروبي قد أحاط علما بالوثيقة A/48/516 عن تنفيذ توصيات مجلس مراجعي الحسابات الواردة في تقاريره عن الفترة ١٩٩٠-١٩٩١ وأنه من المؤسف أن اﻷمانة العامة لم تقدم جوابا كافيا فيما يخص تحسين اجراءات الشراء.

In addition, it was observed that IDLI had taken note of document A/CN.9/515 which described the training and technical assistance activities carried out by UNCITRAL in pursuit of its mandate and wished to report that in the implementation of its training and technical assistance activities it had found that the demand for training and technical assistance in the field of international trade law was high.
