23. The Advisory Committee believes there is a need to recall again (as it did in para. 16 of its first report on the proposed programme budget for 1994-1995) 3/ the provisions of section VI of resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990 in which the General Assembly:
٢٣ - وترى اللجنة الاستشارية أن هناك حاجة لكي تعيد إلى اﻷذهان من جديد )كما فعلت في الفقرة ١٦ من تقريرها اﻷول عن الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥()٣( أحكام الجزء السادس من القرار ٤٥/٢٤٨ باء المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٠ الذي جاء فيه أن الجمعية العامة:

" There is a need to recall again (as it did in paragraph 16 of its first report on the proposed programme budget for 1994-1995) the provisions of section VI of resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the General Assembly:
" أن هناك حاجة لكي تعيد إلى اﻷذهان من جديد )كما فعلت في الفقرة ١٦ من تقريرها اﻷول عن الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥ أحكام الجزء السادس من القرار ٤٥/٢٤٨ باء المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٠ الذي جاء فيه أن الجمعية العامة:

14. The attention of the Committee is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
14 - ويُسترعى انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية؛ وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

3. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Supervision Mission in the Syrian Arab Republic the amount of 6,530,100 dollars, previously authorized by the Advisory Committee for the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013, under the terms of section VI of its resolution 64/269 of 24 June 2010;
3 - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص لبعثة الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة في الجمهورية العربية السورية مبلغ 100 530 6 دولار الذي سبق أن أذنت به اللجنة الاستشارية لإنشاء البعثة للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه 2012 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2013، بموجب أحكام الجزء السادس من قرارها 64/269 المؤرخ 24 حزيران/يونيه 2010؛

4. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Supervision Mission in the Syrian Arab Republic the amount of 17,588,800 United States dollars, previously authorized by the Advisory Committee for the establishment of the Mission for the period from 14 April to 30 June 2012, under the terms of section VI of its resolution 64/269;
4 - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص لبعثة الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة في الجمهورية العربية السورية مبلغ 800 588 17 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة الذي سبق أن أذنت به اللجنة الاستشارية لإنشاء البعثة للفترة من 14 نيسان/أبريل إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012، بموجب أحكام الجزء السادس من قرارها 64/269؛

2. Reiterates the provisions of section VI of its resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which it reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with the responsibility for administrative and budgetary matters and also reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions;
2 - تكرر تأكيد أحكام الجزء السادس من قرارها 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، كما أكدت فيه من جديد على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية؛

24. She also drew attention to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the Assembly had reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and had reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
24 - ووجهت الانتباه أيضا إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة رقم 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية وأكدت من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

She drew the Committee's attention to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, in which the Assembly had reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
62 - ووجهت انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أعادت فيه الجمعية العامة تأكيد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المعنية التابعة للجمعية العامة التي تناط بها المسؤوليات عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، كما أعادت فيه تأكيد دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

5. As paragraph 10 of draft resolution A/C.3/60/L.15/Rev.1 dealt with administrative and budgetary matters, the attention of the Third Committee was drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that administrative and budgetary matters should be dealt with by the Fifth Committee and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
5 - لما كانت الفقرة 10 من مشروع القرار A/C.3/60.L.15/Rev.1 تعالج المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، فقد وُجه انتباه اللجنة الثالثة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد أن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية ينبغي أن تتناولها اللجنة الخامسة واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

She drew attention to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the General Assembly had reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and had reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
33 - ووجهت الانتباه إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 1990 الذي أعادت فيه الجمعية العامة التأكيد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المناسبة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية والمتعلقة بالميزانية، كما أعادت تأكيد دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

26. Regarding resolutions 50/1, 50/4, 50/8, 50/9 and 50/11, the attention of the Commission was drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters, and reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
26 - وفيما يتعلق بالقرارات 50/1 و 50/4 و 50/8 و 50/9 و 50/11، وُجّه انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المنوطة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت من جديد صحة الدور الذي تؤديه اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

With regard to paragraph 11, attention is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
52- وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 11، يوجَّه الانتباه إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة في الجمعية المعهود إليها بالمسؤولية عن مسائل الإدارة والميزانية، وأكدت فيه من جديد على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

77. With regard to paragraph 6, attention is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with the responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters, and reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
77- وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 6، يوجَّه الانتباه إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة في الجمعية المعهود إليها بالمسؤولية عن مسائل الإدارة والميزانية، وأكدت فيه من جديد على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

Also authorizes the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the Mission for the period from 10 April to 31 December 2014 in a total amount not exceeding 312,976,400 United States dollars, inclusive of the amount of 59,552,000 dollars previously authorized by the Advisory Committee for the period from 10 April to 30 June 2014 under the terms of section VI of its resolution 64/269 of 24 June 2010;
4 - تأذن أيضا للأمين العام بالدخــول في التزامات لحساب البعثة للفترة من 10 نيسان/أبريل إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014 بمبلغ إجمالي لا يتجاوز 400 976 312 دولار، يشمل مبلغ 000 552 59 دولار سبق أن أذنت به اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية للفترة من 10 نيسان/أبريل إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2014 بمقتضى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 64/269 المؤرخ 24 حزيران/يونيه 2010؛

Also authorizes the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the Mission for the period from 10 April to 31 December 2014 in a total amount not exceeding 312,976,400 United States dollars, inclusive of the amount of 59,552,000 dollars previously authorized by the Advisory Committee for the period from 10 April to 30 June 2014 under the terms of section VI of its resolution 64/269 of 24 June 2010;
