The " positive aspects " section, which notes issues such as the ratification or accession of the Optional Protocol to the Convention, acceptance of the amendment to article 20, paragraph 1, on the Committee's meeting time, the removal of reservations or striking advances in implementation in the State party, is usually under four paragraphs, although sometimes it can be up to 10 paragraphs.
