In its resolution 59/241 of 22 December 2004, the General Assembly recalled the decision to devote a high-level dialogue to international migration and development during its sixty-first session and reconfirmed that the Secretary-General would report to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session on the organizational details of the high-level dialogue.
وفي قرارها 59/241 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004، أشارت الجمعية العامة إلى ما تقرر بشأن تكريس حوار رفيع المستوى للهجرة الدولية والتنمية أثناء دورتها الحادية والستين، وأكدت مجددا أن الأمين العام سيقدم إليها في دورتها الستين تقريرا عن التفاصيل التنظيمية لهذا الحوار الرفيع المستوى.

16. In its resolution 58/153 of 22 December 2003, the General Assembly recalled paragraph 20 of the statute of the Office of the High Commissioner ( " The Office of the High Commissioner shall be financed under the budget of the United Nations " ) and called for its application.

10. In section II of resolution 51/216, the General Assembly noted the preparations undertaken for the 1997 review of the survey methodologies and requested the Commission, inter alia:

Further, in its resolution 61/235, the Assembly recalled its resolution 60/257 and requested the Secretary-General to submit proposals to improve the links between monitoring, evaluation, programme planning and budgeting.
كما أشارت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 61/235 إلى قرارها 60/257، وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم مقترحات ترمي إلى تحسين الروابط بين الرصد والتقييم وتخطيط البرامج والميزنة.

In Resolution A/RES/50/107 of January 1996, the General Assembly referred to the Observance of the International Year for the Eradication of Poverty, and proclaimed the first United Nations decade for the Eradication of Poverty (1997-2006).
وفي القرار A/RES/50/107، الصادر في كانون الثاني/يناير 1996، أشارت الجمعية العامة إلى مسألة الاحتفال بالسنة الدولية للقضاء على الفقر، وأعلنت عقد الأمم المتحدة الأول للقضاء على الفقر (1997-2006).

In addition, the Assembly noted that the report would contain both financial and programme information, and that it would be complementary in nature and would not replace the report of the Secretary-General on the work of the Organization required under Article 98 of the Charter of the United Nations, nor would it replace reports that are subject to the consideration of the Fifth Committee.

6. In paragraph 4 of the terms of reference, the General Assembly indicated that the Independent Audit Advisory Committee may adopt its own rules of procedure, which shall be communicated to the Assembly.
6 - أشارت الجمعية العامة في الفقرة 4 من اختصاصات اللجنة إلى أنه يجوز للجنة أن تعتمد نظامها الداخلي الخاص بها الذي يُبلغ إلى الجمعية العامة.

In this context, a major event in 2005 to review the progress achieved in implementing all the commitments made in the Millennium Declaration, as referred to by the General Assembly in its resolution 57/270 B, would hopefully contribute to that process.
