The right to commence actions to reverse or render unenforceable legal acts detrimental to all creditors was essential to protect the integrity of the assets of the debtor, in the interest of all creditors.

وأشير إلى أنه قد يُنظر، في واقع الممارسة في الحالات النموذجية، في التماس ببدء إجراءات إعسار محلية في المراحل الأولى من إجراء الإعسار الأجنبي، ويتم ذلك في حالات كثيرة لكفالة مراقبة أصول المدين.

To require legalization would be a retrograde step. It would hinder one of the purposes of the model law, which was to enable the foreign representative to take speedy action to secure the assets of the debtor.

1. Upon recognition of a foreign proceeding, whether main or non-main, where necessary to protect the assets of the debtor or the interests of the creditors, the court may, at the request of the foreign representative, grant any appropriate relief, including:
١ - لدى الاعتراف بإجراء أجنبي، سواء كان رئيسيا أم غير رئيسي، يجوز للمحكمة، حيث تقتضي الضرورة حماية أصول المدين أو مصالح الدائنين، وبناء على طلب الممثل اﻷجنبي، أن تمنح أي انتصاف مناسب، بما في ذلك:
