62- وينبغي للدول الأطراف أن تحترم نشاط المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وغيرهم من أعضاء المجتمع المدني في سبيل مساعدة الفئات الضعيفة أو المهمشة على إعمال حقها في الصحة، وأن تحمي هذا النشاط وتيسره وتعززه.
