Members of the Implementation Committee may recall that paragraph 4 of the non-compliance procedure states as follows:

Responding to queries from Members of the Implementation Committee, the representative of the Secretariat explained that Saudi Arabia's request for a revision to its methyl bromide baseline consumption data had not included any indication of the substance of the proposed revision and that the Secretariat had responded by clarifying to Saudi Arabia the information that it should submit.
