The provisional agenda had been prepared in agreement with the President of the Conference at its seventh session, taking into account views expressed by Parties during the sixteenth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and by members of the Bureau.
وقد أُعد جدول الأعمال المؤقت بالاتفاق مع رئيس المؤتمر في دورته السابعة، وهو يأخذ في الاعتبار أيضاً الآراء التي أعربت عنها الأطراف أثناء الدورة السادسة عشرة للهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ وكذلك آراء أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر الأطراف.

When the Conference of the Parties serves as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol, any member of the bureau of the Conference of the Parties representing a Party to the Convention but, at that time, not a Party to this Protocol, shall be replaced by an additional member to be elected by and from amongst the Parties to this Protocol.
٣- عندما يعمل مؤتمر اﻷطراف بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول، يستبدل بأي عضو من أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر اﻷطراف يمثل طرفا في الاتفاقية ولكن لا يكون في الوقت ذاته طرفا في هذا البروتوكول عضو إضافي تنتخبه اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول من بينها.
