- يتطلب توطيد السلام في غرب أفريقيا أو في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، على سبيل المثال، عملا جماعيا حازما لكي يتم نهائيا إزالة العوامل الأساسية التي تزعزع الاستقرار.

Thirdly, there must be genuine partnership, anchored in the cardinal principles of good faith and mutual accountability, both within Africa and in the outside world, to tap into the immeasurable potential of Governments and the private sector in mobilizing internal and external resources for the implementation of NEPAD.
