2. Nothing in this article shall prevent any private party from pressing claims against natural or legal persons who are found to have committed acts of corruption.

4. States Parties shall cooperate with one another in eliminating any regulatory gaps in their respective laws that might permit or give rise to acts of corruption and related offences.
4- تتعاون الدول الأطراف معا على سد أي ثغرات رقابية في قوانينها، قد تسمح بارتكاب أفعال فساد وجرائم متصلة بها أو تفضي إلى ذلك.

States Parties shall not be entitled to refuse to cooperate with one another and shall accordingly afford mutual assistance with a view to expediting and providing guarantees in respect of proceedings initiated for the purpose of bringing about the return of assets, including funds, of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption to their countries of origin after being transferred.
لا يحق للدول الأطراف أن ترفض التعاون فيما بينها، وعليها من ثم أن توفر المساعدة المتبادلة بغية التعجيل وتوفير الضمانات في الاجراءات القضائية المستهلة بهدف التوصل الى ارجاع الموجودات، بما فيها الأموال، ذات المصدر غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد الى بلدانها الأصلية، بعد أن تكون قد أحيلت.

4. Each State Party shall also consider establishing measures and systems to require public officials to report to appropriate authorities acts of corruption committed in the performance of public functions that come to their notice.
4- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في وضع تدابير ونظم تقتضي من الموظفين العموميين إبلاغ السلطات المختصة عما يلحظونه من أفعال فساد ترتكب لدى أداء الوظائف العمومية.
