Personnel recruited by the Court locally and not otherwise covered by Article 16 shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Court.
يُمنح الموظفون الذين تعينهم المحكمة محليا ولا تشملهم أحكام المادة 16 الحصانة من الإجراءات القانونية فيما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وما يقومون به من أفعال للمحكمــــة بصفتهــــم الرسمـيـــة.
