وبناء على ما تقدم، توصي اللجنة بأن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي بعد 9 سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (بدون تسوية مقر العمل).

(b) A new subparagraph (b) is inserted, which reads as follows: " If the member has served for more than nine years, he/she shall receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the amount of the annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment) " ;
(ب) تدرج فقرة فرعية جديدة (ب) نصها كالتالي: " إذا خدم العضو لأكثر من تسع سنوات، فإنه يتقاضى ما يساوي جزء واحد من ثلاثمائة جزء من معاشه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل) " ؛

3. A member serving in office as from 31 December 1998, who has been or is re-elected, shall be entitled to an increase in the amount of the pension by one three-hundredth of the amount payable under paragraph 2 for each month of service in excess of nine years, provided that maximum retirement pension shall not exceed two thirds of his or her annual salary:
3 - يحق للعضو الذي كان في الخدمة في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1998، وأعيد انتخابه، الحصول على زيادة مبلغ معاشه التقاعدي بثلاثة في المائة من المبلغ المدفوع بموجب الفقرة 2، عن كل شهر في الخدمة يزيد على تسع سنوات، بشرط ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ثلثي مرتبه السنوي؛

(b) If the member has served for more than nine years, he/she shall receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the amount of the annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment);
(ب) إذا قضى العضو في الخدمة فترة تزيد عن تسع سنوات، فإنه يتقاضى واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية المقر)؛

(e) A member of the International Court of Justice who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment) [emphasis added];
(هـ) أن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد 9 سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل) [التأكيد مضاف]؛

5. Also decides that a member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the annual net base salary, excluding post adjustment;
5 - يقرر أيضا أن يتقاضى عضو المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل؛

(e) A member of the International Court of Justice who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service, up to a maximum pension of three fourths of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment);
(هـ) أن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلاثة أرباع المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (ما عدا تسوية مقر العمل)؛

5.11 As decided by the General Assembly in its resolution 45/250 B, the pension entitlement of a member of the International Court of Justice who has served a full term of nine years should be $50,000 a year and the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who is re-elected should be increased by an additional $250 per month for each further month of service up to a maximum pension of $75,000 per year.
٥-١١ وفقا لما قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٥/٢٥٠ باء، يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي أمضى في الخدمة تسع سنوات كاملة معاشا تقاعديا قدره ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار سنويا، ويزاد المعاش التقاعدي لعضو المحكمة الذي يعاد انتخابه بمبلغ إضافي قدره ٢٥٠ دولارا شهريا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار سنويا.

5. As decided by the General Assembly in its resolution 45/250 B of 21 December 1990, the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who has served a full term of nine years should be $50,000 a year and the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who is re-elected should be increased by an additional $250 per month for each further month of service up to a maximum pension of $75,000 per year.
٥-١١ وفقا لما قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٥/٢٥٠ باء المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٠، يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي أمضى في الخدمة تسع سنوات كاملة معاشا تقاعديا قدره ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار سنويا، ويزاد المعاش التقاعدي لعضو المحكمة الذي يعاد انتخابه بمبلغ إضافي قدره ٢٥٠ دولارا شهريا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار سنويا.

٥-٢١ وفقا لما قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥٤/٠٥٢، يتقاضى كل عضو في محكمة العدل الدولية، أمضى في الخدمة تسع سنوات كاملة معاشا تقاعديا قدره ٠٠٠ ٠٥ دولار سنويا، ويزاد المعاش التقاعدي لعضو المحكمة الذي يعاد انتخابه بمبلغ إضافي قدره ٠٥٢ دولارا شهريا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ٠٠٠ ٥٧ دولار سنويا.
