1- يحيط علماً بأنشطة التعاون التقني التي تضطلع بها أمانة الأونكتاد بالتعاون مع الجهات المستفيدة والشركاء الإنمائيين والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى ويلاحظ كذلك أن نفقات أنشطة التعاون التقني التي يضطلع بها الأونكتاد ظلت ثابتة في عام 2012 مقارنة بعام 2011؛
