13. The Ad Hoc Committee remained convinced that the participation of all permanent members of the Security Council and the major maritime users in the work of the Committee was important and would assist the progress of a mutually beneficial dialogue aimed at developing conditions of peace, security and stability in the region.
١٣ - وما زالت اللجنة المخصصة على اقتناعها بأن مشاركة جميع أعضاء مجلس اﻷمن الدائمين وكذلك المستعملين البحريين الرئيسيين في أعمال اللجنة أمر هام ومن شأنه أن يساعد في إحراز تقدم في قيام حوار مفيد للجميع يرمي الى توفير ظروف يسودها السلم واﻷمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.

2. Reiterates its conviction that the participation of all the permanent members of the Security Council and the major maritime users of the Indian Ocean in the work of the Ad Hoc Committee is important and would greatly facilitate the development of a mutually beneficial dialogue to advance peace, security and stability in the Indian Ocean region;
٢ - تكرر تأكيد اقتناعها بأن مشاركة جميع أعضاء مجلس اﻷمن الدائمين والمستعملين البحريين الرئيسيين للمحيط الهندي في أعمال اللجنة المخصصة أمر هام ومن شأنه أن يسهل كثيرا قيام حوار مفيد للجميع من أجل تعزيز السلم واﻷمن والاستقرار في منطقة المحيط الهندي؛

The Assembly also, in paragraph 2 of resolution 52/44, expressed its conviction that participation of all the permanent members of the Security Council and the major maritime users of the Indian Ocean in the work of the Ad Hoc Committee is important and would greatly facilitate the development of a mutually beneficial dialogue to advance peace, security and stability in the Indian Ocean region.
وأعربت الجمعية العامة أيضا في الفقرة ٢ من القرار ٥٢/٤٤ عن اقتناعها بأن مشاركة جميع أعضاء مجلس اﻷمن الدائمين وكذلك المستعملين البحريين الرئيسيين للمحيط الهندي في أعمال اللجنة المخصصة أمر هام ومن شأنه أن يسهل كثيرا قيام حوار مفيد للجميع من أجل تعزيز السلم واﻷمن والاستقرار في منطقة المحيط الهندي.
