111. The Committee decided to request that New Human Rights submit a declaration clearly acknowledging and apologizing for the error of judgement in using its privilege to accredit MKO/NCR, and giving a firm assurance that it would not give such assistance in the future to that organization or any other with known terrorist affiliations or agenda contrary to the territorial integrity or security of Member States.
111 - وقررت اللجنة أن تطلب من منظمة حقوق الإنسان الجديدة أن تقدم بيانا تقر فيه بوضوح بخطأ حكمتها في استخدام الميزة الممنوحة لها في اعتماد منظمة مجاهدي خلق/مجلس المقاومة الوطني، وتعتذر عن ذلك وأن تقدم ضمانة تؤكد بأنها لن تقدم مثل هذه المساعدة في المستقبل إلى تلك المنظمة أو أي منظمة ذات ارتباطات إرهابية معروفة أو ذات جدول أعمال يخالف السيادة الإقليمية أو أمن الدول الأعضاء.
