8. Also requests the Secretary-General to include in the regular budget, for consideration by the General Assembly, the necessary funding for the Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Memorial Fellowship on the Law of the Sea with effect from the biennium 2016-2017, should voluntary contributions be insufficient for granting at least one fellowship a year;
8 - تطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يدرج في الميزانية العادية الموارد المالية اللازمة لزمالة هاميلتون شيرلي أميراسينغ التذكارية في مجال قانون البحار اعتبارا من فترة السنتين 2016-2017، قصد عرضها على نظر الجمعية العامة، وذلك تحسبا لعدم كفاية التبرعات لمنح زمالة واحدة في السنة على الأقل؛

132. The Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Memorial Fellowship on the Law of the Sea has trained 26 individuals from 26 Member States since its establishment.
١٣٢ - مكَّنت زمالة هاميلتون شيرلي أميراسينغ التذكارية في مجال قانون البحار من تدريب 26 شخصاً من 26 دولة من الدول الأعضاء، منذ إنشائها.

3. Also authorizes the Secretary-General to award a minimum of one scholarship in 2014 and a minimum of one scholarship in 2015 under the Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Memorial Fellowship on the Law of the Sea;
3 - تأذن أيضا للأمين العام بأن يقدم منحة دراسية واحدة على الأقل في عام 2014 ومنحة دراسية واحدة على الأقل في عام 2015 في إطار زمالة هاميلتون شيرلي أميراسينغ التذكارية في مجال قانون البحار؛

153. Thus far, the Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Memorial Fellowship on the Law of the Sea has enabled 25 individuals from 25 Member States to be trained.

She also acknowledged the contribution of the Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe Memorial Fellowship on the Law of the Sea to the wider appreciation and application of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and the work of the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea in that regard, and noted that two countries had made contributions to that Fellowship since the previous report on the Programme of Assistance.
