The Workshop noted that the Office for Outer Space Affairs would establish a group of educators and experts to develop a curriculum for a basic course on GNSS.
31- وأشارت الحلقة إلى أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي سوف يشكّل فريقا من المعلمين والخبراء لوضع منهاج دراسي لدورة دراسية أساسية عن النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة.

The Meeting noted that the Office for Outer Space Affairs was currently revitalizing its website and that plans were being made to enhance the dedicated web page related to UN-Space.
19- أشار الاجتماع إلى أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي يعكف على تنشيط موقعه على الشبكة وإلى أنَّ ثمة خططاً توضع لتحسين صفحة الاستقبال المخصصة لـ " آلية الأمم المتحدة للفضاء " على الشبكة.

The Subcommittee also noted with satisfaction that the Office for Outer Space Affairs had in February 2013 signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, based in Nepal, to establish a UN-SPIDER regional support office in the Himalayan region.
122- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أيضاً أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي قد وقَّع في شباط/فبراير 2013 على مذكرة تفاهم مع المركز الدولي للتنمية المتكاملة للجبال، الكائن في نيبال، بغرض إنشاء مكتب للدعم الإقليمي تابع لبرنامج سبايدر في منطقة الهيمالايا.

The Constitution states, in article 182, that the " Office of the Ombudsman shall be an independent public institution " .

235- ولاحظت اللجنة أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي يعتزم تنظيم دورة حول قانون الفضاء على هامش مؤتمر القيادات الأفريقية الخامس بشأن تسخير علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء لأغراض التنمية المستدامة، المقرر عقده في غانا عام 2013.

The Committee noted that the Office for Outer Space Affairs, in its function as the secretariat of the Inter-Agency Meeting, would coordinate with Geneva-based United Nations entities with regard to the hosting of the thirty-third session of the Inter-Agency Meeting, to be held in 2013.
310- ولاحظت اللجنة أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، بصفته القائم بمهام أمانة الاجتماع المشترك بين الوكالات، سينسّق مع كيانات الأمم المتحدة التي تتَّخذ من جنيف مقرّا لها فيما يتعلق باستضافة الدورة الثالثة والثلاثين للاجتماع المشترك بين الوكالات، المقرَّر عقدها في عام 2013.

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that the Office for Outer Space Affairs continued to support the study of the effect of sudden disturbances on the ionosphere through the use of the sudden ionospheric disturbance monitor installed at its permanent outer space exhibit at the United Nations Office at Vienna.
181- كما لاحظت اللجنةُ الفرعية مع التقدير أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي يُواصل دعم دراسة تأثير الاضطرابات المفاجئة على الغلاف الإيوني باستخدام جهاز رصد اضطرابات الغلاف الإيوني المفاجئة المركَّب في معرض الفضاء الخارجي الدائم التابع له في مقر مكتب الأمم المتحدة بفيينا.

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that the Office for Outer Space Affairs had included on its website a new section entitled " United Nations treaties and principles on outer space: travaux préparatoires " (www.unoosa.org/oosa/en/SpaceLaw/treatyprep/index.html).

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that the Office for Outer Space Affairs, together with the Government of Argentina and the National Commission on Space Activities (CONAE) of Argentina, had begun preparations for the eighth United Nations workshop on space law, to be held in Argentina from 5 to 9 November 2012.
131- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنَّ مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، بالتعاون مع حكومة الأرجنتين واللجنة الوطنية الأرجنتينية للأنشطة الفضائية، قد بدأ التحضير لحلقة عمل الأمم المتحدة الثامنة حول قانون الفضاء، التي ستعقد في الأرجنتين من 5 إلى 9 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2012.
