290. In the light of the above considerations, the Commission decided to request its secretariat to:

(d) To request its secretariat to continue to develop and enhance strategies to improve staff participation in future surveys;

(b) To request its secretariat to inform the Department of Safety and Security that the scope, applicability, eligibility and related procedures of the security evacuation allowance would be regulated by the Commission.

(d) To request its secretariat to continue to collect the necessary data from Member States and organizations with a view to complementing the report to be made on the matter to the General Assembly.
)د( أن تطلب إلى أمانتها مواصلة جمع البيانات الضرورية من الدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات بغية استكمال التقرير الذي سيقدم إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن هذه المسألة.

(f) To request its secretariat to continue to solicit information from those organizations that had not provided it, and to ensure that it was taken into account in developing a common approach.
)و( أن تطلب إلى أمانتها أن تواصل طلب المعلومات من المنظمات التي لم تقدمها بعد، وأن تكفل اﻹحاطة علما بتلك المعلومات في تطوير نهج مشترك.

(c) To request its secretariat to provide for its consideration by the sixtyseventh session, an updated performance management framework, taking into account the previous work of the Commission, that could serve as a guide to organizations.

47 - كما قررت اللجنة أن تطلب إلى أمانتها إجراء مزيد من الدراسات بشأن استخدام الدرجات ضمن الرتبة الواحدة في النظام الموحد لأغراض الإعراب عن التقدير ومنح المكافآت، وأن تقدم إليها تقريرا في هذا الشأن في دورتها الثانية والسبعين.

With regard to the exit interview questionnaire, the Commission decided To request its secretariat to work closely with the CEB secretariat and staff representatives to finalize and pilot a standard exit interview questionnaire for use across the United Nations common system, and to identify the mechanism for central data reporting.
143 - وفيما يتعلق باستبيان الخروج من الخدمة، قررت أن تطلب إلى أمانتها العمل عن كثب مع أمانة مجلس الرؤساء التنفيذيين وممثلي الموظفين من أجل الانتهاء من وضع استبيان موحد لمقابلة الخروج من الخدمة وتجريبه ليستخدم على نطاق النظام الموحد للأمم المتحدة، وأن تحدد آلية لإبلاغ البيانات مركزيا.

(d) To request its secretariat to remain apprised of the use of National Professional Officers in the common system and to report thereon to the Commission every seven years.

(c) To request its secretariat to conduct a study of the methodology for establishing the level of danger pay for locally recruited staff and report thereon at its seventy-fifth session in the 2012;

With specific reference to the standards of conduct, the Commission decided To request its secretariat to work with organizations and representatives of staff federations to undertake an initial review of the standards of conduct to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of the organizations and to define areas that might need updating.
