7. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure the provision of appropriate staff and facilities, from within existing financial resources, for the effective and expeditious performance of the functions of the Committee on the Rights of the Child, in the light of its increasingly heavy workload and bearing in mind article 43 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child;

10- تقرر، فيما يتعلق بلجنة حقوق الطفل، أن تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل توفير القدر المناسب من الموظفين والتسهيلات من الميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لكي تؤدي هذه اللجنة مهامها بفعالية وسرعة، وتدعو اللجنة إلى مواصلة تعزيز حوارها البناء مع الدول الأطراف وأداء مهامها بشفافية وفعالية؛

In its resolution the Commission, inter alia, urged all States that had not done so to ratify or accede to the Convention as a matter of priority; took note of the consideration by the Committee of the reservations and declarations entered by States parties; and requested the Secretary-General to ensure the provision of appropriate staff and facilities for the effective and expeditious performance of the functions of the Committee.
