وأشعر بسعادة خاصة لرؤية قائمة المحكمة للقضايا المعلقة وهي تكبر باستمرار في السنوات الماضية، وتتضمن الآن 16 قضية تتعلق بقرابة 30 دولة مختلفة، حسبما ذكر القاضي أوادا.

I am especially glad to see that the Court's docket of pending cases has grown consistently in recent years. It now stands at 17, involving more than 30 different States, as well as one request for an advisory opinion, as Judge Owada mentioned.
