7.3 On the State party's conclusion that the " Örnek 29 " arrest warrants of 4 August 2000 and 10 January 2005 are false as they contained a stamp from a prosecutor, the counsel explains that the complainants did not bring these documents themselves, but that they were provided to them by their relatives in Turkey.
