15. 6- يحضر على وجه السرعة العمال المهاجرون أو أفراد أسرهم المقبوض عليهم أو المحتجزون بتهمة جنائية أمام قاض أو أي مسؤول آخر مأذون لـه قانوناً بممارسة سلطة قضائية، ويكون لهم الحق في المحاكمة في غضون فترة معقولة أو الإفراج عنهم.

ولم يُعرض أبداً على أي قاض أو أي مسؤول آخر يخوله القانون ممارسة صلاحيات قضائية، ولم يتمكن من اتخاذ أية إجراءات أمام محكمة للطعن في قانونية احتجازه.

138 - وينسحب نفس القول، مع مراعاة ما يقتضيه اختلاف الحال، في بيان وتفسير وضع رئيس الدولة أو رئيس الحكومة أو أي مسؤول آخر يتمتع بنفس الحصانة.

6.3 The author has claimed that her son was detained for one month, during which time he was not informed of the charges against him, and that her son's detention was illegal, in that he was not brought promptly before a judge or other official officer authorized by law to exercise judicial power to review the legality of his detention.
6-3 وتدعي مقدمة البلاغ أن نجلها احتُجز لمدة شهر لم يبلَّغ خلاله بالاتهامات الموجهة إليه، وأن احتجاز نجلها كان غير قانوني إذ لم يعرض مباشرة على قاض أو أي مسؤول آخر يأذن لـه القانون بممارسة سلطة قضائية لاستعراض قانونية احتجازه.
