Travel represents one of the most significant categories of expenditure for the Organization comprising costs of members of organs or Subsidiary Organs of the United Nations, meeting participants, staff members and their eligible family members, and consultants travelling on official business.
ويمثل السفر إحدى أهم فئات الإنفاق للمنظمة، التي تشمل تكاليف كل من أعضاء الأجهزة أو الأجهزة الفرعية بالأمم المتحدة، والمشاركين في الاجتماعات، والموظفين وأفراد أسرهم المستحقين، والاستشاريين الذين يسافرون في مهام رسمية.

(c) Permanent appointments limited to service with one of the programmes, funds or Subsidiary Organs referred to in rule 104.14 (b) may be granted by its corresponding heads with the assistance of such boards as may be established in accordance with the provisions of that rule.
(ج) يخول رئيس البرنامج أو الصندوق أو الجهاز الفرعي المعني بالتعيينات الدائمة المقصورة على الخدمة في أحد البرامج أو الصناديق أو الأجهزة الفرعية المشار إليها في القاعدة 104/14 (ب)؛ وذلك بمساعدة ما قد يُنشأ من مجالس وفقا لأحكام تلك القاعدة؛

In addition, the Main Committees should merely take note of the reports of the Secretary-General or of subsidiary organs which did not require a decision by the Assembly.
