In view of the above considerations, the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice may wish to renew its invitation to Member States to draw on the Guidelines, where appropriate, in the development of legislation, procedures, policies and practices for child victims or witnesses of crime.

41- وساعدت اليونيسيف المكاتب القُطرية على أن تضمن، من خلال الأحكام واللوائح القانونية المناسبة، تمتُّع جميع الأطفال ضحايا الجريمة أو الشهود عليها أو هم معا بالحماية التي تنص عليها اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وأن يراعي موظفو إنفاذ القانون مراعاة تامة المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن العدالة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها.

39. CRC recommended that the State ensure that all children victims and/or witnesses of crimes are provided with the protection required by the Convention and that it take fully into account the United Nations Guidelines on Justice in Matters Involving Child Victims and witnesses of Crime.
