104 - وفي جميع حالات انتهاك القانون الإنساني الدولي التي حقق فيها الفريق خلال الولاية الحالية، أو تابعها من الولاية السابقة، والتي لحق فيها ضرر بالمدنيين في أرواحهم وسبل عيشهم من عمليات القصف، لا علم للفريق بأي حادث قامت فيه حكومة السودان بالتحقيق في احتمال حدوث انتهاك أو بتعويض الضحايا.
