4 - تشجع الدول الأعضاء على سن أو تحسين التشريعات واللوائح والإجراءات والممارسات المتعلقة بإدارة المخزونات لممارسة رقابة فعالة على الحصول على منظومات الدفاع الجوي التي يحملها أفراد وعلى نقلها، وذلك لمنع النقل غير المشروع لتلك الأسلحة والحصول عليها واستخدامها دون إذن؛

(kk) Develop or refine legislation and practice specifically prohibiting all discriminatory practices based on descent in employment and the labour market;
(ك ك) وضع أو تحسين التشريعات والأعراف التي تحظر تحديداً جميع الممارسات التمييزية القائمة على النسب في التوظيف وفي سوق اليد العاملة؛

(g) Consistent with existing multilateral arrangements, projects or programmes to assist other States in developing, drafting or upgrading legislation, regulations and administrative procedures against money-laundering, including the Global Programme against Money-Laundering and other activities or projects that support the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime;
(ز) الحرص على الاتساق مع الترتيبات أو المشاريع أو البرامج المتعددة الأطراف القائمة حاليا لمساعدة دول أخرى على استحداث أو صوغ أو تحسين التشريعات واللوائح التنظيمية والإجراءات الإدارية بشأن مكافحة غسل الأموال، بما في ذلك البرنامج العالمي لمكافحة غسل الأموال وغيره من الأنشطة أو المشاريع التي تدعم تنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية ؛

I urge Member States to support current international, regional and national efforts to combat and prevent the illicit transfer of man-portable air defence systems and encourage them to enact or improve legislation and procedures to ban transfers of such weapons to non-State end-users and to ensure that such weapons are exported only to Governments or agents authorized by Governments.
وإني أحث الدول الأعضاء على مؤازرة الجهود الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية المبذولة حاليا لمكافحة ومنع النقل غير المشروع لمنظومات الدفاع الجوي التي يحملها الإنسان، وأشجعها على سن أو تحسين التشريعات والإجراءات التي تحظر نقل تلك الأسلحة إلى المستخدمين من غير الدول، وكفالة الاقتصار في تصدير تلك الأسلحة على الحكومات والوكلاء الذين تأذن لهم الحكومات بذلك.

In the most recent of these resolutions, 60/77 of last year, the General Assembly encouraged States to enact or improve legislation, regulations, procedures and stockpile management practices to exercise effective control over MANPADS.
وفي أحدث هذين القرارين، أي القرار 60/77 الذي صدر العام الماضي، شجعت الجمعية العامة الدول على سن أو تحسين التشريعات واللوائح والإجراءات وممارسات إدارة المخزونات من أجل فرض رقابة فعالة على منظومات الدفاع الجوي المحمولة على الكتف.

4 - تشجع الدول الأعضاء على سن أو تحسين التشريعات واللوائح والإجراءات والممارسات المتعلقة بإدارة المخزونات، وعلى مساعدة الدول الأخرى، بناء على طلبها، لممارسة رقابة فعالة على الحصول على منظومات الدفاع الجوي التي يحملها أفراد وعلى نقلها، وذلك لمنع السمسرة والنقل غير المشروعين لتلك الأسلحة والحصول عليها واستخدامها دون إذن؛
