The anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] shall be considered measurable if:

Leakage is defined as the variation of anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] outside the validated project boundary.
ويعرّف التسرب بأنه التفاوت في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] الذي يقع خارج حدود المشروع المصدق عليه.

Methodologies for accounting of anthropogenic GHG emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks];
`6` منهجيات المحاسبة المتعلقة بانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع]؛

To be eligible as a CDM project activity, a proposed project activity must achieve a level of performance with respect to reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks] that is significantly better than average compared with recently undertaken activities or facilities within the reference scenario.
59- وكي يؤهل نشاط المشروع المقترح بوصفه نشاطاً لمشروع من مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة يجب أن يحقق مستوى أداء فيما يتعلق بالتخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] أفضل بكثير من المتوسط بالمقارنة مع الأنشطة التي جرى الاضطلاع بها مؤخراً أو المرافق في إطار تصور الإحالة.

To be eligible as a CDM project activity, a proposed project activity must achieve a level of performance with respect to reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks] that is significantly better than average compared with recently undertaken and comparable activities or facilities within [Annex I][the host Party] [an appropriate geographical area].

The certification report shall constitute a request for issuance of CERs equal to the enhanced reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases, as verified.

Determine the enhanced reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases, based on the data and information used in (b) and obtained through (c) and/or (d), as appropriate, using calculation procedures consistent with those contained in the registered project design documents;
(و) تحديد التخفيضات المعززة للانبعاثات البشرية حسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بالبواليع] بالنسبة لغازات الدفيئة، على أساس البيانات والمعلومات المستخدمة في (ب) والمتحصل عليها عن طريق (ج) و/أو (د)، حسب الاقتضاء، باستخدام إجراءات حسابات تتفق وما ورد في وثائق تصميمات المشروع المسجل؛

Anthropogenic reductions of emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] shall be considered real if the baseline takes account of variations in actual activity levels during the year and is adjusted by leakage.
62- تعتبر تخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] حقيقية إذا كان خط الأساس يأخذ في الاعتبار التفاوتات في مستويات النشاط الفعلي خلال السنة وأن يعوضها التسرب.

The validated project boundary is defined as all sources of anthropogenic emissions by sources[ and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] that are within the control of the project participants and are significant and reasonably attributable to the CDM project activity.
وتعرف حدود المشروع المصدق عليها بأنها جميع مصادر الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] التي تكون في متناول المشاركين في المشروع وتكون ذات أهمية لنشاط المشروع المتعلق بآلية التنمية النظيفة ويمكن بصورة معقولة أن تعزى إليه.

The collection and archiving of all relevant data necessary for determining baseline anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] within the project boundary during the crediting lifetime;
(ب) جمع وحفظ ملفات جميع البيانات ذات الصلة اللازمة لتحديد انبعاثات خطوط الأساس البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] ضمن حدود المشروع خلال مدة قيد الأرصدة؛

A project-specific baseline, if it establishes the anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] for a specific reference case that represents what would occur in the absence of the project activity [which is unique to the project].
(أ) خط أساس لمشروع محدد إذا أثبت الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] بالنسبة لحالة مرجعية محددة تمثل ما الذي يحتمل أن يحدث في حالة عدم وجود نشاط المشروع [الخاص بهذا المشروع].

Verify that the monitoring methodologies for estimation of reduced anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] have been applied correctly and their documentation is complete and transparent;
(ه) التحقق من أن منهجيات الرصد المستخدمة في تقدير الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ المخفضة بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] قد طبقت على الوجه الصحيح وأن الوثائق الخاصة بها كاملة وشفافة؛

Procedures for periodic calculation of the reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases by the proposed CDM project activity, including leakage effects.
(ز) الإجراءات المتعلقة بالحساب الدوري لتخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] لغازات الدفيئة بواسطة نشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة المقترح، بما في ذلك آثار التسرب.

Review monitoring results and verify that the monitoring methodologies for the estimation of reduced anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] have been applied correctly and their documentation is complete and transparent;
[(ه) استعراض نتائج الرصد] والتحقق من أن منهجيات الرصد لتحديد قدر التخفيض في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] قد طبقت على نحو صحيح وأن وثائقها كاملة وتتسم بالشفافية؛

[Reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources and [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] resulting from a CDM project activity shall be considered additional for the purposes of Article 12, paragraph 5 (c), if the CDM project activity meets the threshold criterion established under paragraph and the emissions are lower than [and/or removals exceed ] those of the approved baseline for the CDM project activity.

The proposed project activity uses an alternative methodology to demonstrate that the project will achieve a level of performance with respect to reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks] that is significantly better than average, provided that the executive board approves the alternative methodology upon submission by the operational entity.
`1` كان نشاط المشروع المقترح يستخدم منهجية بديلة لبيان أن المشروع سوف يحقق مستوى أداء فيما يتعلق بالتخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] يفوق بقدر كبير المتوسط، شريطة أن يوافق المجلس التنفيذي على المنهجية البديلة عندما يقدمها الكيان التشغيلي؛
