2- عند طلب التوضيحات أو المعلومات، يبين الأمين العام لمقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ الحدود الزمنية التي يتعين تقديم تلك المعلومات في غضونها.

2. A decision of the Committee declaring a communication inadmissible may be reviewed by the Committee upon receipt of a written request submitted by or on behalf of the author or authors of the communication, containing information indicating that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply.
2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما، وذلك عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو من ينوب عنهم يتضمن معلومات تبين أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.

The Committee shall take such decisions on its own initiative or upon request of the author or authors or alleged victim or victims or State party.
وتتخذ اللجنة مثل هذا القرار بمبادرة منها أو بناءً على طلب مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو المُدعَى أنه ضحية أو أنهم ضحايا أو الدولة الطرف المعنية.

6. The Committee may decide that the names and identifying details of the author or authors of a communication or the alleged victim or victims of a violation of the provisions of the Convention not be disclosed in its decisions declaring communications inadmissible or decisions on the merits or discontinuance.
6- يجوز للجنة أن تقرر عدم الكشف عن أسماء وبيانات هوية مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو المُدعَى أنه ضحية أو أنهم ضحايا انتهاك أحكام الاتفاقية في قراراتها التي تعلن بموجبها عدم قبول البلاغ أو قراراتها بشأن الأسس الموضوعية أو بشأن وقف النظر في البلاغ.

4. The author or authors of a communication or the individuals who are alleged to be the victim or victims of a violation of the rights set forth in the Convention may request that the names and identifying details of the alleged victim or victims (or any of them) not be published.
4- يجوز لمقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو للأفراد الذين يُدعى أنهم ضحايا انتهاك الحقوق المبينة في الاتفاقية طلب عدم نشر أسماء أو تفاصيل تحدد هوية الشخص المدعى أنه ضحية أو الأشخاص المدعى أنهم ضحايا (أو أي منهم).

5. The Secretary-General shall transmit the Views of the Committee, determined by a simple majority, together with any recommendations, to the author or authors of the communication and to the State party concerned.
5- يحيل الأمين العام آراء اللجنة المقررة بالأغلبية البسيطة، مشفوعة بأي توصيات، إلى مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.
