(د) النظر، حسب الاقتضاء، في أي مقترحات تحيلها إليها الجمعية العامة تنفيذا لقرارات الاجتماع العام الرفيع المستوى للدورة الستين للجمعية في أيلول/سبتمبر 2005 بشأن الميثاق وأي تعديلات تجرى عليه؛

Furthermore, the Special Committee would be requested to consider, as appropriate, any proposal referred to it by the General Assembly in the implementation of the decisions of the High-level Plenary Meeting of the General Assembly at its sixtieth session, in September 2005, that concern the Charter of the United Nations and any amendments thereto.

60. Doubts were also expressed regarding the added value of the proposal in view of the fact that the General Assembly had empowered the Committee in its resolution 62/69 " to consider, as appropriate, any proposal referred to it by the General Assembly in the implementation of the decisions of the High-level Plenary Meeting of the sixtieth session of the Assembly in September 2005 that concern the Charter and any amendments thereto " .
