Therefore, they need better and more training in financial management, and simple and standardized business accounts.
وأشارت النساء اللاتي تدربن في إثيوبيا وأوغندا في إطار برنامج تطوير تنظيم المشاريع التابع للأونكتاد إلى أنهن كثيراً ما يخلطن بين أموالهن الخاصة وأموال النشاط التجاري، ولا يحفظن سجلات مالية سليمة، كما أن قدرتهن على التعامل مع علم الحساب والبيانات المالية محدودة.
