2. Requests all representatives of United Nations human rights bodies, as well as treaty bodies monitoring the observance of human rights, to continue to take urgent steps, in conformity with their mandates, to help prevent the hampering of access to United Nations human rights procedures in any way;
2- تطلب إلى جميع ممثلي الأمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، وكذلك إلى الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات التي تتولى رصد مراعاة حقوق الإنسان، أن يواصلوا اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة، وفقاً للولايات المسندة إليهم، للمساعدة على منع عرقلة اللجوء إلى إجراءات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان بأي شكل من الأشكال؛

On 25 and 26 October 2005, the Special Rapporteur held meetings with a number of representatives of Governments, spoke at a workshop on the reform of United Nations human rights procedures at the Jacob Blaustein Institute for the Advancement of Human Rights, and had meetings with Human Rights Watch and Human Rights First in New York.
وفي 25 و26 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005، عقد المقرر الخاص اجتماعات مع عدد من ممثلي الحكومات وتحدث في حلقة عمل تناولت تعديل إجراءات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان في " معهد جاكوب بلوشتاين للنهوض بحقوق الإنسان " وعقد اجتماعات مع منظمتي " هيومان رايتس ووتش " و " هيومان رايتس فيرست " في نيويورك.

4. Further requests such representatives and treaty bodies to continue to include in their respective reports to the Commission on Human Rights, the SubCommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights or the General Assembly a reference to allegations of intimidation or reprisal and of hampering of access to United Nations human rights procedures, as well as an account of action taken by them in this regard;
4- تطلب كذلك إلى هؤلاء الممثلين وهذه الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات أن يواصلوا تضمين تقاريرهم إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان أو إلى اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان أو إلى الجمعية العامة إشارة إلى الادعاءات المتعلقة بالتخويف أو الانتقام وبعرقلة اللجوء إلى إجراءات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان وتضمينها بياناً بما اتخذوه من إجراءات في هذا الشأن؛

3- تطلب إلى جميع ممثلي هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، وكذلك إلى الهيئات المنشأة بموجب صكوك دولية التي تتولى رصد مراعاة حقوق الإنسان، أن يواصلوا اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة، وفقاً للولايات المسندة إليهم، للمساعدة على منع أعمال التخويف والانتقام وعرقلة اللجوء إلى إجراءات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان بأي شكل من الأشكال؛
