(c) To draw the attention, when appropriate, of the States directly concerned to the reporting procedures provided for in paragraph 10 above, when a serious violation has been reported pursuant to paragraph 10 (a) above;
(ج) أن يقوم، عند الاقتضاء، بتوجيه نظر الدول المعنية مباشرة إلى إجراءات الإبلاغ المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 10 أعلاه، وذلك عندما يجري الإبلاغ عن وقوع انتهاك خطير عملا بالفقرة 10 (أ) أعلاه؛

(c) To draw the attention, when appropriate, of the States directly concerned to the reporting procedures provided for in paragraph 10 above, when a serious violation has been reported pursuant to paragraph 10 (a) above;
(ج) أن يقوم، حسب الاقتضاء، عندما يجري الإبلاغ عملا بالفقرة 10 (أ) أعلاه عن وقوع انتهاك خطير بتوجيه نظر الدول المعنية مباشرة إلى إجراءات الإبلاغ المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 10 أعلاه؛

(ج) أن يقوم، عند الاقتضاء، بتوجيه نظر الدول المعنية مباشرة إلى إجراءات الإبلاغ المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 10 أعلاه، وذلك عندما يجري الإبلاغ عن وقوع انتهاك خطير عملاً بالفقرة الفرعية 10 (أ) أعلاه؛
