ويجب على المجتمع الدولي أن يواصل إدانته لجميع أعمال اﻹرهاب وأساليبه وممارساته بوصفها إجرامية ولا مبرر لها في ظل جميع الظروف، أينما ارتكبت ومهما كان مرتكبها.
